We made the decision to use our presents for the baby shower party decorations. I had purchased a pink and white infant blanket, which we draped over the side of the cradle. We pinned a number of rattles and other infant toys to the blanket using diaper pins. We then showed the little ensembles that my sister had purchased. We finished the baby shower decorations for the presents table by placing a big teddy bear into the cradle. It's so much fun to decorating for a baby shower!

For the food service table we had an array of fresh-cut flowers from the community florist. She used silky pink carnations, baby's breathe and daisies for the arrangement. We determined that no other baby shower party festive decorations needed to be placed on this table. We did have pink napkins that we put on this table, together with a cake that was ornamented with a stork holding a little doll in a pink frosting blanket.

We had also gotten a corsage for our niece and one for every of the new grandmas to be. We felt that the room looked very good and we wouldn't have to spend plenty of time cleaning up baby shower party decorations due to the fact that they would all be sent home as presents to our niece.
